About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales of package sewage treatment plants (STPs) across the UK. This role involves business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets within the wastewater treatment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial wastewater treatment sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide technical sales support, including system selection, pricing, and proposal preparation.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Stay updated on UK environmental regulations and discharge standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in selling packaged sewage treatment plants
  • Experience in selling wastewater treatment products
  • Technical knowledge of treatment systems, excellent communication skills
  • Ability to independently manage a sales territory
  • Strong communication & client engagement skills
  • Preference: UK resident
