We are looking for graduates for our Rail team, who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. We are recruiting for Graduates in the following locations:   

Rail Stations (MEP): London

A Little bit more about your role and the team… 

Our Rail Stations (MEP) team provide mechanical, electrical, and public health building services engineering services (MEP) for all types of buildings in and around the rail environment. Working in close collaboration with the entire project team, we ensure optimal integration of all systems. We are specialists in the design of MEP services in the rail environment and work closely with all project stakeholders to produce MEP design solutions that are safe, healthy, and comfortable for users, environmentally responsible, easy to maintain, and minimise operating cost. 

We provide MEP services across the entire project life cycle, from technical advice, analysis, surveys and system design to commissioning, construction supervision and whole-life cost analysis. We have significant experience in the delivery of fully detailed and coordinated design drawings cut from collaboratively developed 3D models, and we have fully embraced the UK Government's Construction Strategy of reducing capital cost and the carbon burden from the construction and operation of the built environment.

What we will be looking for you to demonstrate  



You'll have graduated with at least a 2:1 in a master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering. To assist you in finding potential areas of the business that are relevant to you. Please visit our Graduate brochure or website Graduate brochure or Graduate Website  


  • Candidates must complete the application form in full answering all specific questions. This requirement applies to all candidates, inclusive of their background. Successful completion of this stage is mandatory. Candidates who pass this initial stage, will then be required to complete an online skill enabler assessment. Both the application form and the skill enabler assessment are essential parts of the early career's recruitment process.
