Multitrade Supervisor/ Project Lead

Belfor are a global Flood and Fire Restoration company who are looking for a Project Lead to be part of our growing success.
The position holder will be part of the BELFOR reinstatement/restoration teams , as such, will have the responsibility for the joint delivery of end to end projects as well as fulfillment of the reinstatement element of projects . The role of the project lead is site based (possibly with the requirement to overview multi sites) The role will encompass the on site delivery of tasks that form part of claims solution completed within agreed timescales in line with the sales and cost element for this work .You will be the project lead on jobs assigned to you. You will be the key contact and communicator to all stakeholders involved. The Project Lead will show customers how the BELFOR offering will meet their requirements by building confidence and persuading them that our services will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery, whilst at all times being fully compliant with all relevant legislation.
DUTIES
- Required to maintain close liaison with Admin Staff and all Operational Field staff reporting into the appropriate manager
- Lead teams and work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines
- Take full responsibility for the on-site achievement of resourcing, on time delivery and effective cost control of all contracts and claims
- Monitor construction processes and mentor/guide all trades staff in the tasks required to perform the job
- Provide input to managers on the usage and viability of new procedures and materials and put forward ideas of new working practices to make the role more efficient and cost effective
- Development of relationships with loss adjusters and clients operating within their region.
- Understand the Quality, Management and Health & Safety Procedures and ensure that they are adhered to.
- In conjunction with Field Staff, ensure the preparation of all required on-site documents, effect on-site cost control, all handyman data entry and customer information platforms i.e. Symbility/Xactware and materials are recorded accurately on time and synchronized/uploaded prior to leaving onsite works.
- In the event of any breeches of Company Rules ensure that the manager and Human Resource Advisor are informed immediately. To carry out any necessary investigations.
