About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 16:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee the delivery of Fixed Wire Testing, Electrical Remedial Works, and Reactive Maintenance on a local Council contract.Ensure all works are completed to the highest standards of safety and quality. Plan and schedule FWT / Remedial Works across all council premises. Be responsible for answering calls and allocating / scheduling reactive maintenance tasks (normal working hours only). Ensuring Tasks are kept up to date on our CAFM system. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery. Conduct audits, inspections, and quality checks on completed works. Producing Quotations. 

Essential Hiring Criteria:

 Recognised electrical apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations. City & Guilds 2391 (Testing & Inspection) or equivalent. Proven supervisor experience, ideally within a compliance or testing environment. Strong knowledge of electrical compliance, health & safety, and industry best practice. Excellent communication, supervision, and organisational skills. Full UK driving licence. Must have strong IT literacy Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications Previous experience of CAFM systems (desirable)
