We're a tight-knit team that's driven to move fast and take on some of the biggest problems in healthcare and ultimately improve patient lives.About the RoleOur business is growing quickly, with leading healthcare companies as customers. With this growth, we're looking for an individual to step up in the Talent and People Operations team, working directly with our leadership. Some of these responsibilities would include:What You'll OwnBuild and manage a strong pipeline of talent to support company needsLead internal hiring efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing job postingsOversee outreach and screening processes to engage the right candidatesMaintain an organized and up-to-date talent database, tracking availability and qualificationsImprove onboarding, retention, and engagement processes to support team growthImprove people operations processes, ensuring a seamless experience for team membersDevelop and improve people policies to support smoother operations and enable the team to scale more effectively.Work closely with leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectivesAbout YouCore Experience2 - 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, people operations, or related roles.Excellent spoken and written communication skills.Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution.Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right.What You BringEnergy and drive; you have a hunger for self-improvement and want to be around the most talented teammates who push you to do so.
