Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Junior Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities

  • Relate with customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
  • Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries effectively
  • Support sales staff with administrative tasks and sales documentation
  • Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
  • Contribute to a positive shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service
  • Participate in promotional activities and product launches as required
