We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the sales team in achieving targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for assisting with customer inquiries, managing sales transactions. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable information about our offerings.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Support promotional activities and assist in the execution of marketing strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and objectives.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • A keen interest in Sales, with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
