Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a 2nd Line Support Technician based in Leeds with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves delivering high-quality technical support, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and assisting with the installation and configuration of software and hardware systems. The successful candidate will work closely with the Customer Engagement Team to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs). The role also requires collaboration with colleagues across various teams to resolve issues efficiently and to deliver proactive solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Information Technology
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Software installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Experience with networking, hardware, and infrastructure systems
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus
- Prior experience in a similar technical support role is advantageous, especially in an MSP environment
