  • Work as part of a caring and professional team to ensure the smooth daily running of the nursery.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced: At least one year's experience working or volunteering in an Early Years or childcare setting.
  • Eager to Learn: Willing to complete Early Years training or a recognised qualification (funded by us).
  • Passionate: Genuinely loves working with young children and helping them flourish.
  • Caring & Supportive: Creates a welcoming, inclusive environment for every child.
  • Team-Oriented: Enjoys working collaboratively and communicating effectively with others.
  • Reliable & Reflective: Brings energy, initiative, and a positive approach to each day.

What We Offer

  • Career Development: Funded training and qualifications with ongoing CPD support.
  • Competitive Pay: Based on experience and progression.
