As part of Adept Care Homes—a family-run, Midlands-based group providing high-quality residential and dementia care—you'll join our friendly team at Harrier House, a stunning newly built 84-bed care home in Hucknall offering luxury, comfort, and exceptional care.

Our Senior Care Assistants play a vital role in residents' nightly care, offering the same kindness and compassion you would give your own loved ones. You'll support residents with all aspects of their nightly needs, providing both emotional and practical support while ensuring dignity, independence, and wellbeing remain at the heart of everything we do.

About the Senior Care Assistant role:

  • Pay of £13.91 Per Hour
  • Choose between hours a week
  • Night Shifts: 07:00 - 19:00
  • Alternate Weekend Working Required

What we are looking for;

  • NVQ Level 2 in Care (essential)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Care (desirable)
  • Previous care experience (essential)
  • Previous Senior Care experience (desirable)
  • Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
