Overview

Smartseal UK Ltd are located in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex and are a market leader in the supply of cleaning, sealing, and restoration products for hard surfaces, both indoors and outdoors.

We are looking for a hard-working, confident individual to start working alongside our existing team in the warehouse. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in materials handling, warehouse management systems, and logistics processes. This will also help us cope better with our current workload and help ensure our distribution warehouse functions more efficiently as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate would be a solid all-rounder, with some previous experience in a similar position, but this is not essential. The position consists of working in the warehouse as well as out in the yard and can involve some heavy lifting at times. The successful applicant will be working in the picking and dispatching area and should be physically fit, able to stand for long periods and capable of repetitive work. A good level of English and Maths is required for measuring samples, packing as well as dealing with customer collections. A basic knowledge of workplace health and safety would also be useful.

Duties

Experience

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
