Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC):

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and manage various mechanical building services projects from inception to completion throughout the UK. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of HVAC systems, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with our clients and supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage mechanical building services projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, resources, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular meetings with our supply chain to review project status and address any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders.

Experience

  • Proven experience in mechanical building services management.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in mechanical building services or a related HVAC discipline are preferred.
