Our people are at the heart of our business, and we are looking for those that are just as passionate about that as we are. Join our People team, and come with us on a journey as we transform the way we do HR.
Our team is made up of business partners working with leaders to get the most out of their teams, specialist knowledge in our centres of expertise, and colleague-centric, efficient people services. Our work ranges from making sure that our 150,000+ colleagues are paid on time to attracting brilliant talent to drive our strategy, to unlocking the skills and capability of our colleagues.
This is a fast-moving business, and we make sure our policies and rewards keep up with that too. We know flexibility is important and helps you be more productive so there's more choice than ever about where and when you work. When it comes to your development, we'll support your growth in your own unique way. When you join us, you'll be joining a team that knows just what it means to be happy and engaged, and who makes a real impact across our business.
Why join us
Joining our team means being part of a transformative journey to drive cultural, leadership, and behavioural changes within our organisation. As a key player in our business-wide transformation programme, you will contribute to the successful delivery and sustainability of critical outcomes that support our overall business strategy. With the opportunity to work closely with senior business leaders and the Business Transformation Team, you will shape and implement change plans, deliver impactful interventions, and foster a collaborative and change-ready culture.
With ownership and innovation being a core part of your role, we will give you a supportive and empowering environment where you can make a real impact and shape the future of Sainsbury's.
What You'll Do
As a Behavioural Change Manager, you will create change plans that enhance change leadership, behaviour, and culture, providing support and coaching to programme leads to define the vision and case for change. Your expertise in change management, project management, and influencing skills will be essential as you develop and deliver change management interventions, track and measure change progress, and produce high-quality change materials. You will deliver the transformation programme you are assigned on, ensuring business programme leads are effectively supported to deliver.
Working with your team, you will develop and deliver change management interventions for the transformation programme, such as change impact assessments, comms and engagement and behavioural training materials. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Head of Organisational Change and Culture to establish a consistent change management approach across the organisation while producing high-quality change materials. As a natural collaborator, you will work seamlessly with colleagues from our centres of expertise in the People team to deliver the change plan for various programmes, whilst also ensuring there is robust tracking and reporting.
