The Role

As a skilled Production Operative, you'll play a key part in producing high quality bakery products. Your responsibilities will include.

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Maintaining high quality and safety standards
• Working closely with your team to meet production targets
• Supporting continuous improvement across the production lines.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a production, manufacturing, or similar environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to perform well in a fast paced, team focused setting
• Experience operating machinery and carrying out basic trouble shooting
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn, progress and embrace our values
