Position Overview:
Are you a cycling enthusiast with a passion for helping others? We're looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and organised person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have a love for cycling and enjoy delivering first-class customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you'll use your excellent communication skills, both on the phone and online to provide exceptional advice and support to our customers. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for cycling.

Key Responsibilities:
Field customer calls, online chats and emails regarding the following:
- Road, Gravel & Triathlon Bikes and accessory-related questions
- Custom bike builds
- Bike sizing
- Component compatibility
- Clothing advice
- Order placement and order status
- Returns & exchanges
- Customer concerns and complaints
- Handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work full-time remotely or hybrid
Skills & Experience:
- Specialist knowledge of Road, Gravel and Triathlon products
- One year of bike industry experience or one year of sales experience
- PC literacy is essential
- Self-driven with a positive outlook and a clear focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- A natural communicator able to empathise with customers and see things from the other person's point of view
