The Role

We are currently looking for a Night Manager. You will be responsible for all night staff and the roles that they undertake, leading your shift, reception duties, night audits, maintaining the security of our hotel, guests and grounds as well as ensuring the hotel and conference centre is ready for the day ahead. Excellent customer service skills and being proficient with Microsoft packages including the use of databases are essential. Due to the nature of the work you will also need to be reasonably fit.

The ideal candidate will already be an experienced Duty Manager or Reception Supervisor in a hotel environment, have a passion for customer service and be professional, well organised and be able to work towards deadlines.

You will be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic with a passion
for hospitality and be able to work in a team and also independently.

Future Inns Hotels and Conference Centres are busy establishments, therefore this is very much a hands on role.
