We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Administrator to join our Facilities team and support the smooth running of daily operations across the Eastern Education Group. Working closely with the Facilities Manager and liaising with Estates, Finance, Procurement and wider business support units, you will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.

In this role, you will provide administrative support including document management, data entry, scheduling and communication with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You will help raise purchase orders, process invoices, maintain accurate records related to health and safety, cleaning, security and maintenance, and assist with meetings, reports, presentations and service-level documentation. You will also contribute to process improvements, compliance activity, audits, and the coordination of estate and infrastructure projects, ensuring high standards of customer service at all times.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong organisational skills, good literacy and numeracy, and confidence using Microsoft Office. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively, communicate clearly and remain calm under pressure. An interest in facilities management, estates or business administration is desirable.
