Derby, Derby, United Kingdom EMBS Digital Full time £20,000 - £35,000 per year

There is no doubt that time will fly in this role, it's fast, it's frantic, it's fun and it's going to enable you to build a fantastic career within an organisation that is over 60 years old.

Well known in Derby, this organisation is now one the largest fire protection businesses in the UK. They design and install fire protection equipment, alarms, and sprinkler systems in all sorts of industrial and commercial buildings. In fact, their equipment is inside Chatsworth House, Derbyshire.

Your job will be to make sure that the right engineer goes to the right customer site, with the right equipment at the right time and completes their onsite service to exacting standards.

This will involve using a scheduling system, talking to customers and engineers, and organising everything.

As such, we're looking to find someone who enjoys working with customers, someone who can organise, with incredible attention to detail.

Our ideal candidate will be working in a Scheduling Administrator role, or something similar. Perhaps your current role involves organising people and the administration of a process.

Are you currently talking to internal stakeholders or external customers?

We're looking for someone with English & Maths GCSE C and above, perhaps someone who has completed an apprenticeship in business administration or customer service, or someone with a minimum of three years post-education work experience who can demonstrate experience in admin/customer service.

The site is based near Raynesway in Derby. You'll work a 40-hour week and work in a brand new air-conditioned office facility, close to shops and amenities with free onsite parking.

This company and team are growing steadily, which means there is great progression in this role, and more widely across the organisation.

Full training and support will be provided

Fancy finding out more? Please apply to the advert and we will contact you early in the New Year
