Roles & Responsibilities
- Essential Job Functions
- Under limited supervision, manages the day to day administrative activity, provides client support, and answers customer inquiries or route more complex inquiries to appropriate team member for a specific department.
- Solves/trouble-shoots administrative and operational problems.
- Responsible for the collection and collation of technical data from a variety of Engineering and Manufacturing departments
- Responsible to gather information from a wide variety of sources such as equipment, databases, spreadsheets, corporate intranets, laboratory reports and meeting minutes.
- Required data is engineering-related and used to identify and improve quality, consistency ensuring the document validation are up to date to the required system
- Must be motivated and proactive, and be able to positively interact with many different departments and teams within a client organisation.
- Assignments generally include such types of work as preparing/collating complex reports and maintaining complicated records requiring careful selection, classification, or compilation of information from several sources.
- Requires ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of organization
- Document management - correcting any storage faults/ missing information to attain storage compliance
- Retrieve documents at request.

Benefits
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Educated to GCSE level, Degree or above
- Experience in a technical environment preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data management or analysis
- An analytical mind set with superb communication and problem skills
Computer/SW Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications like Word, Excel Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer
- Ability to track and report multiple items at the same time using Excel/ Word lists
