We're looking for a Key Account Coordinator to support and strengthen our partnership with a major client. You'll act as one of the key points of contact for this account, ensuring smooth operations, proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Bassingbourn offices, reporting into the Customer Success Lead within the Customer Success team.
Project Coordination
- Supporting all areas of project coordination for this key account, including:
a. Acting as a key point of contact alongside the Customer Success Lead, Account Team Leader and Client Relationship Manager
b. Setting up projects on required systems
c. Ensuring all case information received by the client is complete and accurate
d. Reporting to the Customer Success Lead on changing aspects of delivery, including dates, size of project, volume of project
e. Ensuring all stakeholders have access to the required and correct documentation at all stages for delivery and evaluation
f. Ensuring weekly reporting is updated, accurate and distributed in line with contractual requirements
Supporting the Customer Success team in monitoring over/under delivery on the key account
Inputting data into systems and databases which includes evaluation data and confidential Equalities data
Liaising with the Finance department at project close-down, including the raising of pro forma invoices in line with case delivery, confirming purchase orders and confirming payment being made
Checking and approving Associate invoices against timesheets on the relevant systems and platforms
Compliance
Adhering to and working in accordance with agreed Company policies, procedures and practice, inclusive of Health & Safety at Work requirements and Equal Opportunities
Ensuring compliance with our Information Security policies, identifying if/when stakeholders need additional support to remain compliant with ISO27001 and CE/CE+
Complying with company document management system and version control
Developing and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally, as well as with CMP Associates
Person Specification
Ideally 2 years of providing administration/coordination of a business-to-business service delivery
Experience of using CRM databases, such as SalesForce is preferred but not essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Excellent Microsoft software skills – including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a fast paced, dynamic team environment
Ability to engage with all Stakeholders in a confident and professional manner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,570.00-£26,570.00 per year
