The ETES team consists of the Social Impact, Environmental Sustainability and Structural Integrity teams and central support. As Coordinator in the Primark ETES team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day operations of our ETES team, with a focus on the Social Impact team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders. This is a pivotal role within the function requiring excellent relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Overseeing and ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day running of Primark's Corporate Responsibility team by providing day to day support to across the Social Impact team, with a level of support to the Central Support, Environmental Sustainability, and Structural Integrity teams.
  • Organise and attend key meetings, ensuring necessary preparation is completed in advance and post meetings.
  • Facilitate Anti Bribery & Corruption (ABC) checks and CEST Assessments for new partners and reassessments; track and regularly liaise with the ABF ABC team to chase outstanding and urgent checks; provide regular guidance and advice to the team on how to maximise efficiency in submitting the required information.
  • Support GDPR compliance checks with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage the training budget – process invoices, circulate updated budgets, establish processes where necessary.
  • Support briefings and communications where necessary.
  • Organise and overseeing the monthly ETES meetings with country teams

What You'll Bring

  • Be an experienced Coordinator or Administrator with 2-3 years' experience - ideally in a large, fast paced organisation or a smaller organisation where you were the "go to person" in a busy office environment
  • Business related qualification - desirable but not essential
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and (desired) Canva and Microsoft Project.
  • Have a good level of business acumen, sound common sense and a genuine interest in the retail industry and ethical trade.
