We're looking for a passionate Future Skills Tutor to deliver engaging adult learning programmes that support learners in achieving qualifications and progressing into employment or further education. You'll be based at either Eastbourne or Hastings, with flexibility to teach in community and partner settings.

This exciting role will include:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality employability-focused learning sessions
  • Supporting learners to achieve accredited qualifications and personal goals
  • Teaching in classroom, community, and partner venues
  • Using creative approaches to engage and motivate adult learners

If you can demonstrate the following, then we'd love to hear from you:

  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • Excellent time and task organisation
  • Confidence in teaching, assessing and using ICT
  • A teaching qualification and Assessor qualification (or willingness to train)

For many of our teaching roles, we welcome applications from candidates at any stage of their career, including industry professionals with no/limited teaching experience. We are able to offer teacher development and qualifications to enable teaching success.

Annual salary: Circa £32,600

(Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)

Hours: Full time – 37 Hours/52.14 Weeks
