Join Go Ape Alice Holt as our Commercial Site Manager, leading an exciting outdoor adventure hub featuring five activities: Treetop Challenge, Treetop Adventure+, Treetop Adventure, Forest Biking, and the brand-new Nets Adventure that launched Easter 2025. You'll oversee the full commercial and operational performance of the site, managing a dynamic team of up to 40 staff. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and ensuring the safe and efficient running of all activities in a unique forest setting.

The safe operation of the site is paramount and we're looking for managers who appreciate this and who can understand, adhere to, and maintain high standards of policy, procedure and practice.
