Lead Power Platform Developer – up to £61,000 Manchester – full time position

As the Lead Power Platform Developer, you will design and deliver modern applications, portals, dashboards, and automation that enhance how teams operate across the business. This role blends low-code and pro-code development, allowing you to create sophisticated, scalable, and visually polished solutions using the full Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot
  • Apply modern UI/UX best practice to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces
  • Extend and customise Power Pages using Liquid templates, JavaScript, CSS, and advanced configuration
  • Integrate AI/Copilot capabilities to accelerate development, enhance automation, and streamline workflows
  • Lead environment strategy, governance, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes
  • Replace manual and legacy processes with automated, secure, cloud-based workflows

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong background delivering solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot
  • Expertise in UI/UX design with a focus on accessibility and user-centred design
  • Advanced Dataverse knowledge data modelling, security roles, relationships, and business rules
  • Pro-code experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript to enhance and extend Power Platform capabilities
  • Strong experience in Power Pages configuration, Liquid templating, and advanced customisation
  • Hands-on experience building custom PCF components and pro-code integrations
