We are recruiting experienced, Self-Employed / Contractor Support Workers to join our trusted team delivering high-quality care in supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
This is a flexible contracting opportunity ideal for professionals who are passionate, reliable, and ready to make a real difference in people's lives.

Requirements – You Must Have:
· Care Certificate (completed)
· Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
· Have your own Limited Company or be registered as Self-employed
· Own vehicle and full UK driving licence
· Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar support role
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Confidence working independently and using initiative

Your Role Will Include:
· Providing person-centred care and promoting independence
· Supporting individuals with their mental health and daily routines
· Assisting with community access, appointments, and meaningful activities
· Managing behaviours that may challenge in a respectful and professional way
· Maintaining accurate records and liaising with other professionals
· Conduct holistic assessments of service users and patients.
· Deliver comprehensive personal care, including washing, dressing, and oral hygiene.
· Support with eating, drinking, and meal preparation, ensuring a balanced diet and preventing choking.
· Assist with food shopping, offering choices to the service user.
· Administer medication, prompt as needed, and collect prescriptions from the pharmacy.
· Offer emotional support and stimulate service users, fostering a caring environment.
· Maintain accurate record-keeping and documentation of care provided.
