The Role
At Crimson Tide, we're building something exciting. As a growing AIM-listed SaaS company, we're seeking an experienced Implementation Lead who is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers.
As the Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for implementing mpro5 across our customer base, covering both onboardings and change requests. As part of the Delivery team, you will scope, manage, deliver, and present to customer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope projects in collaboration with customers and Solutions Architects. Organize requirements into a backlog and release plan, managing stakeholder expectations.
- Define and implement an agile delivery model to deliver the project in shippable increments.
- Assist in defining, standardizing, and producing project reports and templates.
- Manage customer relationships throughout project delivery.
- Forecast resource needs to achieve objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Track project costs to ensure alignment with budget.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Re-plan as needed, using metrics at an appropriate cadence throughout the project.
- Report into the customer's programme management function on scope, change, cost, resources, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
- Measure project performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Update the Customer Excellence team and other relevant internal stakeholders on project progress.
- Create Scope of Works (SoWs) as required for chargeable projects.
Essential Skills & Experience
- A strong desire to deliver for customers and provide an excellent experience.
- Proven experience delivering projects in an agile environment.
- Certified/experienced Scrum Master, with knowledge of other frameworks such as Kanban.
- Enthusiastic, driven, and self-motivated, with a strong focus on product quality.
- Able to work independently, with excellent personal organisation and the ability to consistently demonstrate sound judgment and logical prioritisation.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Committed to developing team members and continuously improving departmental capability.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Exposure to, or awareness of, all phases of software development projects, including analysis, systems design, development, and testing approaches.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for software development, support tickets, and documentation.
