Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Salary: £24,100 per annum with an OTE of £26,000
Location: Head Office, Nantwich (Stapeley) Full-time office-based

In this dynamic position, you'll be the driving force behind our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team and Marketing Managers to execute campaigns, analyse data and optimize strategies to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Assist in the creation and editing of video content
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, monitor social media channels, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
- Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, designing templates, and segmenting email lists.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic and performance metrics using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Monitor and analyse PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns, optimizing strategies to improve performance and ROI
- Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, SEO, video content, and PPC.
- Assist with any general marketing or brand events as requested
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is desirable
- 1-2 years of experience in a hands-on digital marketing or related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, MailChimp, Canva, Google Analytics, and social media management tools
- Experience in web content management systems (CMS) is desirable
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field
