Marketing Assistant

Our business is scaling and we're looking for a highly organised, detail-driven person to join our growing CRM team at Valentte. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys operational work and wants to build a long-term career in CRM, email marketing, or marketing operations.

You'll play a key role in the day-to-day execution of our email programme, supporting the team by preparing, checking, and scheduling multiple daily sends to our audience of 200,000+. You'll also begin developing skills across Bloomreach, reporting, QA frameworks, and wider CRM channels and operations as the business scales.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys fast-paced routines, and wants hands-on experience with one of the leading CRM platforms in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Email Scheduling & QA

• Prepare, schedule, and send multiple daily marketing emails using Bloomreach (full training provided).
• Proofread email content for accuracy and consistency.
• Verify all pricing, offers, links, alt text, images, and templates before sending.
• Ensure each email is using the correct audience, send time, and naming conventions.
• Complete all required weekend scheduling before close of business on Friday.
• Work to strict daily deadlines and ensure operational accuracy at all times.

CRM Operations Support

• Maintain high standards across templates, link tracking, internal processes, and file naming.
• Assist with audience checks, segment validation, and basic deliverability monitoring.
• Support QA for new automations, channels and triggered campaigns as we scale in Bloomreach.
• Help maintain tracking sheets, documentation, and operational workflow guides.

Reporting & Data Accuracy

• Carry out accurate data entry in spreadsheets and internal tools.
• Produce weekly reports and performance summaries for the team.
• Identify anomalies or issues in performance data and flag them proactively.

Team Collaboration

• Participate in internal and external meetings when required.
• Work closely with the CRM and email team to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Support continuous improvement by suggesting operational enhancements.

Experience We're Looking For

• Previous experience scheduling marketing emails in any ESP (Bloomreach - preferrable), Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Confidence managing multiple daily sends and working to fixed deadlines.
• Experience using templates, audiences, send times, and QA steps.
• Good analytical skills and comfortable working with data.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
