Hiring globally and fully remote, we're a team of 50 and we're planning to grow to 100+ in the next ~18 months.
About the role
Roamless is one of those rare companies that hit 1M+ users and 5x YoY growth before building a proper growth machine. That means you're not inheriting someone else's playbook — you're writing the first real one.
Our channel mix works, but it's nowhere near optimized. You'll take over a system that's begging for scale, experimentation, structure, and explosive efficiency. This isn't a "manage agencies and tweak CAC" type of role. In this role, you'll build the global acquisition engine for a product used every single day in airports, taxis, and hotels across 200+ destinations.
You'll lead performance, influencers, affiliates, organic growth, creative testing, corridor economics — all of it. And every % improvement you drive will visibly move the entire company. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Leadership:Develop and execute a comprehensive global growth strategy encompassing user acquisition, retention, organic growth strategies and AI-driven optimizations.Lead high-performance growth teams, setting clear KPIs and benchmarks to measure success and optimize results. User Acquisition & Retention:Implement and oversee multi-channel user acquisition strategies, including paid media, alternative ad networks, SEO, ASO, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and referral programs.Leverage data-driven insights to enhance customer retention, predict lifetime value (LTV), reduce churn, and improve customer acquisition costs (CAC). Market Expansion:Identify and lead entry into new geographical markets and verticals, ensuring culturally relevant and effective growth strategies.Build strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate Roamless's market presence and visibility globally. Performance & Analytics:Establish robust growth analytics frameworks to measure channel effectiveness, including predictive modeling for LTV, and inform data-driven decisions.Champion an experimentation and optimization culture, using rigorous A/B testing and analytics to refine strategies. MarTech Integrations & Technical Expertise:Oversee integration and effective utilization of MarTech solutions, including Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integration across all growth channels and platforms. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, Partnerships, and Data teams to ensure alignment and integration of growth strategies.Facilitate collaboration across teams to enhance user experience, engagement, and overall product adoption. Industry Insights & Trends:Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain Roamless's competitive edge.Continuously adapt and evolve growth strategies to anticipate market shifts and user expectations.
About you
We're looking for a seasoned growth expert with over 10 years' experience scaling app-based businesses from inception to millions of users across diverse industries and regions. Your strategic vision, leadership skills, and hands-on approach will be pivotal in driving Roamless's exponential growth and market dominance.
Experience. At least 10 years experience successfully scaling B2C digital and app-based businesses, with at least 4 in strategic growth leadership roles. Ideally within hybrid or operationally complex categories (travel, mobility, telecom, fintech, connectivity, marketplaces) where regulation, pricing, and physical-world constraints shape growth.Global outlook. Experience scaling a product with a global user base and familiarity with the localization complexities that this entails, including adapting strategies to markets with different economics, regulations, channels, and customer behaviors.Industry Versatility. Demonstrated success in diverse industries; experience within the travel technology sector is a significant advantage, especially in environments with seasonality, cross-border journeys, international corridors, or trust-dependent purchase cycles.Strategic Mindset. Expertise in organic growth, AI-driven SEO, ASO, GEO optimizations, alternative advertising networks, influencer marketing, and strategic partnerships, with proven ownership of multi-channel growth beyond paid UA, including affiliates, lifecycle, CRM, and brand partnerships.Analytical Proficiency. Advanced analytical skills, proficient with analytics tools, predictive modeling for LTV, and performance measurement, including the ability to interpret market-specific unit economics and regulatory impacts.Technical Skills. Strong technical knowledge of MarTech tools including Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).Leadership & Communication. Excellent leadership capabilities, with experience building and mentoring diverse, high-performing teams, including cross-functional growth teams across performance, lifecycle, analytics, and product. Native-level fluency in English.

Location
This is a fully remote role. We're ideally looking for someone based in Europe, or working in Europe-friendly time zone (eg. Dubai, South Africa). Full time role, permanent contract.
