Join our integrated Children's Therapy Services on the beautiful Isle of Man as a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist and become part of a supportive, well-established multi-disciplinary team, working alongside Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy and Physiotherapy colleagues.

In this senior Band 7 role, you'll lead the delivery of evidence-based assessments, treatments and consultancy, managing a diverse and complex caseload across schools and specialist provision centres, including mainstream settings. We're also welcoming applications from experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapists ready to take the next step, with a tailored development pathway available to support progression into the Band 7 role.

Here, you'll have the freedom to provide person-centred, high-quality care, using your expertise, compassion and creativity to help children reach their full potential. You'll also have the opportunity to supervise, mentor and shape the future of the service, driving innovation, implementing national strategies and working closely with the Team Lead to enhance delivery across the Island.

What you need to succeed


BSc or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy


Registration with the HCPC


Masters (or working towards) in Occupational Therapy, or relevant clinical professional experience within speciality


A full UK driving licence


Significant post qualification experience, with relevant experience in paediatrics
