Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Caretaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance and repair. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively supervise tasks while providing excellent customer service. The Caretaker will ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for all users.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various systems, including electrical, mechanical, joinery and plumbing.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on the status of repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations within the facility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance.
- Solid electrical, plumbing and joinery experience with the ability to troubleshoot.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
