The Opportunity
As
Growth Marketing Lead
, you will own GTM and the growth engine for an exciting, fast-growing AI product. Your main task will be to
drive qualified pipeline
by marketing our innovative models. This is a hands-on, highly strategic role responsible for setting growth strategy, executing day-to-day, and building the foundation for all future GTM scale.
You will lead demand generation, product marketing, content, events, and digital programs that shape how prospects discover, evaluate, and engage with the product. This role offers significant ownership, cross-functional influence, and the opportunity to define how a category-defining company shows up in the market.
Responsibilities
- Lead major product launches as integrated marketing campaigns from ideation → delivery
- Own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy to grow top-of-funnel awareness, increase quality lead volume and accelerate closed-won revenue
- Develop creative asset pipeline and own delivery across paid, organic, and emerging channels to increase brand awareness
- Manage events, conferences, and trade shows as revenue-generating channels
- Partner closely with Sales to optimise lead quality, conversion rates, and forecasting
- Test, iterate, and scale new growth channels with an experimentation-first mindset
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated 0→1 GTM experience in B2B tech, generating demand that converts to paying customers within a product-led org
- Strong track record of effective growth initiatives across paid and organic; driving activation, engagements, and conversions, with bonus points for AI marketing experience
- Experience building predictable, scalable demand engines
- Strong analytical capabilities with fluency in marketing operations, funnel analysis, modelling, and data-led optimisation
- Comfort operating as both strategist and operator - you can set the vision while rolling up your sleeves on execution in the early days
- Excellent communication skills; ability to present business cases and marketing strategy to leadership, all while delivering exceptional results
