About Rotunda Bar & Lounge in Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge:

Presiding at the heart of the Hotel, the Rotunda Lounge is a stylish and elegant venue set beneath a beautiful domed ceiling.

The Assistant Manager, Rotunda Bar & Lounge role:

As Assistant Manager, you'll be instrumental in the day-to-day running of Rotunda Bar & Lounge. You'll support the leadership team in delivering exceptional service, managing a talented team, and ensuring every guest experience is memorable. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

What you will do:

• Lead by example on the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all shifts

• Support the team in overseeing daily operations, team development, and service standards

• Champion Four Seasons service culture, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for

• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain consistency and quality across food and beverage offerings

• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management

• Contribute ideas to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue

What you bring:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a luxury bar or lounge setting

• A bartending background or strong understanding of bar operations and mixology is highly desirable

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest moments

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a keen eye for detail

• Excellent spoken and written English
