About the Role

We are working in partnership with a long-established, nationwide service provider specialising in compliance and hygiene solutions for commercial clients. Our client is a respected organisation with a strong reputation for quality, professionalism, and technical expertise.

They are now seeking an experienced
HR Administrator
to join their team and provide vital support across all areas of HR. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive business where people are valued and encouraged to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Draft employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with payroll preparation, including timesheets and absence data
  • Coordinate training records, probation reviews, and performance processes
  • Provide first-line HR advice to employees and managers
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation
  • Contribute to HR reporting, data analysis, and process improvements
  • Support ad hoc HR projects as required

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Discreet and professional approach to handling sensitive information

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative or HR support role
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • CIPD qualification (Training can be provided)
  • Experience in a compliance, service, or facilities-based industry
  • Familiarity with payroll coordination or HR reporting
