Part-Time Warehouse Operative

• To ensure that all ordered goods are despatched to consumers from the warehouse in good condition and in a timely manner.
• Process inbound deliveries
• Ensure all health and safety aspects of the warehouse are adhered to
• To provide additional administration support for the Consumer Care team where required

• To pick, pack & post goods issue spare parts for delivery, including point of sale orders from retailers
• To pick, pack and book in DHL deliveries for ROI customers
• To place orders for technicians on SAP and coordinate pick up for their PUDO
• Check stock, book in and put away deliveries from suppliers
• Process customer returns in SAP if needed
• To source and obtain general office stationery and supplies
• To attend Health and Safety meetings where required and enforce local actions
• Carry out regular Health and Safety checks in line with business guidelines
• To provide general administrative support
• Other duties as required by the Consumer Care Team Leader & Consumer Care Manager

Education and qualifications:

• PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrably strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

• Experience of working in a fast paced, customer focused role
• Experience of using business operating systems e.g. SAP, CRM an advantage

Other skills:

• Ability to execute fast accurate and professional results handing multiple tasks and assignments.
• The ability to recognize pressing issues and resolve immediately or escalate to enable smooth business function.
• The ability to maintain a professional and pleasant demeanour at all times, even when dealing with customer conflict.
• Ability to undertake a physical workload and awareness of manual handling requirements
