About Us
Monarch Security Training is a newly established, Highfield-approved training provider operating alongside Monarch Security Services Ltd. We deliver professional, accredited training for individuals pursuing qualifications in the security industry. As our training arm continues to grow, we are seeking a reliable and organised Training Administrator to manage the full administrative process and support course delivery.
The Role
The Training Administrator will oversee all administrative aspects of our training programmes – before, during, and after each course – ensuring that all learners, trainers, and awarding body requirements are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Course Administration:
- Manage course enquiries, bookings, and candidate registrations.
- Prepare learner records, joining instructions, and training materials.
- Ensure all pre-course compliance and documentation meet Highfield and company standards.
During the Course:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to trainers and learners.
- Maintain attendance records and learner documentation.
- Support the smooth running of training sessions and assessments.
- Assist with invigilation duties during exams and assessments, ensuring compliance with awarding body requirements.
Post-Course Administration:
- Collate, verify, and submit learner assessment paperwork.
- Upload results and liaise with awarding bodies (Highfield).
- Issue certificates and update learner and course records.
- Gather learner feedback and assist with continuous improvement processes.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in administration or training coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and record-keeping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems.
- Experience with awarding bodies (such as Highfield, City & Guilds, etc.) is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Professional, reliable, and learner-focused approach.
