The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Consultant who thrives on building and growing client relationships. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, developing new partnerships, and deepening our presence within technology markets.

You'll have the freedom to take ownership of a vertical market, backed by a respected brand, a collaborative team, and access to cutting-edge recruitment tools and marketing support.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively identify, engage, and win new clients within the tech sector.
  • Own and grow your market vertical, becoming a go-to specialist in your niche.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
  • Run campaigns, networking initiatives, and market insights to build your personal brands.
  • Contribute ideas, energy, and leadership as we scale our business.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in recruitment or experience selling b2b solutions to enterprise clients — ideally within a niche technology market.
  • Strong business development skills with a natural ability to open doors and build trust.
  • Driven, ambitious, and motivated by success and opportunity.
  • Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Someone who thrives in a high-performance, collaborative environment.
