Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are a high-energy recruitment firm that's scaling quickly and looking for experienced, ambitious Recruitment Consultants who want to take real ownership of their career.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process – from BD to placement.
  • Win new business and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Build and scale your own specialist desk.
  • Source top talent and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Work collaboratively in a team that's ambitious, competitive, and fun.

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with solid billing track record.
  • Confident in business development and winning new clients.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and money-driven.
  • Hungry to grow a market, not just maintain one.
