, is looking for an
Architecture Recruitment Consultant
to
launch and lead a new desk
within their business and they're ready to invest in the right person to make it happen.

This is a
key strategic hire
, with two exciting potential routes depending on your experience:

Option 1: Consultant (Kent-based)

Perfect for someone currently working in
architecture recruitment
who's ready to take the next step.

You'll have the support of an established team and the freedom to
grow your own desk
- with a large client project ready for you to hit the ground running.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in agency recruitment (ideally within architecture or design)
  • Strong knowledge of the architecture sector
  • Drive to build relationships, develop business, and shape your own success

Option 2: Senior Consultant / Team Lead (London or Kent-based)

For more experienced recruiters - this is your chance to
lead a new division
, with genuine progression to
shareholder level
as the team grows.

You might be:

  • A London-based recruiter ready for more autonomy and leadership
  • Or a Kent-based recruiter looking to step back from the commute and achieve better work-life balance

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in architecture recruitment
  • A track record of building or managing teams
  • Commercial acumen and the confidence to develop a new business area
