About the job:

A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all. That's why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive multiple programs/projects and pre-development, ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery while upholding exceptional quality standards. Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, regulatory bodies, internal partner teams and community organizations.
  • Conduct analysis, manage programs and projects, support negotiation of agreements, and manage aspects of real estate transactions and infrastructure delivery.
  • Develop and implement best practices for land acquisition and pre-development, identify and mitigate associated risks.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and performance to key stakeholders.
