This is an entry-level sales specialist position within the London office, focused on driving lead generation across EMEA and independently managing the entire sales process for their opportunities and deals in their allocated region related to our Regulatory Trade and Transaction Reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have some experience in sales or sales development, and possess strong communication skills in one or more European languages.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of personal sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
Support direct sales activities for Regulatory Reporting solutions, including lead generation, qualification, and follow-up.
Participate in customer presentations and product demonstrations.
Help maintain and develop relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams including legal, product management, Chief Client Office (CCO), and Market Intelligence (MI) account managers to support contract execution and renewals, and ensure alignment on client strategies and market insights.
Contribute to identifying new initiatives and partnership opportunities within the client base.
Attend industry conferences and forums as needed.
Maintain awareness of competitive activity in the regulatory reporting sector.
Support Cappitech EMEA sales team with sales related tasks, assisting with lead generation, client engagement, and sales process completion.
Leverage CRM and automation tools to streamline sales and reporting processes.
Required Skills & Experience
1-2 years of experience in sales or sales development, ideally within financial services or technology.
Strong interest in regulatory reporting, capital markets, or financial software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in European languages is highly desirable.
Ability to learn quickly and understand product solutions and features.
Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas through effective business development, client engagement, and execution of sales strategies.
Team player with a willingness to progress in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
Pursue ongoing professional development in regulatory reporting, compliance, and sales methodologies.
The role requires frequent traveling to meet clients, attend industry events, or collaborate with internal teams across EMEA.
