About The Role
Due to continued growth, global market expansion, and on-going amazing new product developments, we are looking for a passionate and detail orientated Regulatory Specialist to join Team Tilbury.

As a Regulatory Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that products comply with international regulatory requirements and will see this through from development to launching in market(s). You will work closely with wider teams such as Supply Chain, Product Development and Packaging and effectively project manage all regulatory aspects of your projects. To be successful in this role, you will have a good understanding of cosmetic ingredients and formulations, the global cosmetic regulatory landscape, and the nuances between markets.

As Regulatory Specialist you will

  • Provide regulatory expertise during product development to ensure global compliance of products and liaise with external parties for document collation
  • Preparation and submission of regulatory documentation for market registrations in line with launch timings
  • Maintain regulatory documentation and database input for regulatory information and reporting
  • Drive regulatory processes within the team and across the wider business, collaborate with other teams, and effectively communicate regulatory requirements
  • Stay up to date with the latest regulatory developments and drive changes where required to ensure continued compliance of the product portfolio

Who You Will Work With

  • This role will temporarily report into the Head of Regulatory and will report into the Regulatory Manager in the long term

About You

  • Passionate about cosmetic regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organised and enjoy working on multiple projects at the same time
  • Be self-driven, result-orientated and have excellent communication skills
  • Team player with great can-do attitude
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
  • Degree in Life Sciences, Cosmetic Science, or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cosmetic regulations
  • Previous experience in other regulations (e.g. CLP, GPSR) desirable
