  • Manage document workflows, approvals, and distribution through designated document control platforms e.g. Procore
  • Governance, Quality & Compliance

  • Monitor adherence to naming conventions, revision management, and transmittal procedures across all internal and external contributors.
  • Maintain up-to-date audit trails, ensuring traceability and accountability for all document submissions and approvals.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing complete, accurate document records as required.
  • Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with Project and Design Managers, and Contractors to ensure information is exchanged efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate the flow of information between Nscale's internal teams and external stakeholders, including partners, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Provide document control training and support to project participants to maintain consistent standards and best practices.
  • Assist in preparing reports and dashboards summarising document status, approvals, and outstanding actions.
  • Systems, Tools & Continuous Improvement
  • Champion best practice in digital document management and data governance, supporting Nscale's technology-led approach to project delivery.
  • Regularly review and improve document control procedures, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Ensure all project documentation is archived correctly at project close-out for long-term retrieval and record retention.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years' experience in document control or information management within data centre or mission-critical construction environment
  • Proficient in Procore
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation, revision control, and approval workflows.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing large volumes of technical information.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solutions-driven, and able to work independently within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages advantageous.
