Associate – Commercial Property

Stratford Upon Avon

Full Time – 37.5 hours (Hybrid working available)

Adjacency Recruitment are delighted to be partnering an exceptional, full-service Law firm in the recruitment of an Associate for their Commercial Property team.

The successful candidate will work closely with and support senior fee earners on a wide range of matters in a department that covers all aspects of commercial property-related legal services and acts for a wide range of clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • New leases and renewal leases
  • Landlord & Tenant management work
  • Commercial acquisitions and disposals
  • Secured lending work
  • Dealing with post-completion matters
  • Dealing directly with solicitor and client enquiries
  • Ensuring all client matter schedules are up to date and maintained
  • Participating in and instigating business development activity
  • Attending appropriate events / networking groups
  • Undertaking a range of continuing professional development activities

To be considered for this role we would expect your CV to have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience gained with a leading property practice.

You will also be able to demonstrate a strong intellect, evidenced with a high level of academic achievement, and be someone who shows initiative, drive, and excellent organisation skills.

In addition, we expect you to be a genuine team player and a great communicator, who enjoys helping and working alongside others. You will be eager to learn, develop and hone your skills to take advantage of the opportunities for career development.
