Location: Stratford, E15

Salary: £33,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

Our client is a highly successful, independent property company with offices across East London. They are looking for a Property Manager to join their expanding team in Stratford and assist with managing a large residential portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be diplomatic, decisive, and well-organised, with a natural ability to prioritise tasks effectively. This role offers excellent career progression for someone with the right attitude and work ethic. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing a substantial portfolio of residential properties
  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Handling tenancy renewals, check-ins, check-outs, and inspections
  • Managing repairs, maintenance, and contractors efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and notices
  • Resolving tenancy issues diplomatically and effectively
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times
  • Supporting the wider property management team as required 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in Residential Lettings / Property Management / Tenancy Management
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Confident and diplomatic approach when handling problems
  • Knowledge of lettings processes, legislation, and notices
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • ARLA qualification beneficial but not essential
