Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Stratford, E15
Salary: OTE £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A dynamic market leading independent Property Company are now looking to recruit an energetic Lettings professional to join their busy office in the Stratford area.
If you are looking for a new position with a well-known local brand that has an excellent client base and strong presence in the area, then this could be the position for you.
You will need to have experience in residential lettings and familiarity with the local area would be helpful. You will also need to show commitment to personal and branch goals and be a confident team player.
You need to deliver exceptional customer service to build long term relationships with both Landlords, Tenants and applicants to ensure repeat business and the reputation of the brand is upheld.
