Role Overview

We're seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on content creation, filming real projects, and building engagement through storytelling and visual marketing.

You'll be responsible for managing and growing our social media channels, creating daily content, and showcasing the quality and professionalism of our work across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Post daily content (photos, videos, stories, reels)
  • Write engaging captions and respond to comments and messages

Content Creation

  • Capture daily on-site footage of projects, progress updates, and client testimonials
  • Edit videos and photos for social media and marketing campaigns
  • Deliver before-and-after visuals that highlight craftsmanship and transformation

Google & SEO

  • Manage our Google My Business profile
  • Collect and respond to client reviews
  • Help improve our local SEO ranking and visibility

Email Marketing

  • Create and send monthly email campaigns (via Mailchimp or similar)
  • Showcase recent projects, promotions, and company updates

Campaign Planning & Reporting

  • Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns
  • (Optional) Run paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, or Google
  • Track performance, engagement, and overall growth

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience managing social media and content for brands (portfolio or examples required)
  • Skilled in video editing and design tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, organised, and confident working independently
  • Comfortable capturing live content on active project sites
  • Strong understanding of social media growth and engagement strategies
  • Must have own equipment (phone/camera/laptop/editing software)

Payment

  • Freelance / Self-Employed basis
  • Competitive rate based on experience and workload
