As our agency continues to grow we are looking for a Marketing Associate to join the team and be part of this fast-paced growing company.What were looking for:We are looking for a professional with administrative and/or client service experience strong Excel skills and the drive to build a career in marketing. This person will be responsible for managing a portfolio of marketing programs for our clients handling client relationships and ensuring all deliverables account strategies and execution are met.Location:The Marketing Associate is a hybrid position. We are looking for candidates based in Plymouth UK.About you:Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on negotiations and client serviceStrategic and execution mindsetAbility to solve problems and work independentlyConfidence and eloquence in client meetingsStrong reporting and analytical skillsProficiency in ExcelDrive and ambition to start a career in marketingResponsibilities:Execute the program strategy and action planManage the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programsCommunicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy-in from decision-makersDefine monitor and analyze trends in clients metrics & KPIsExecute creative and promotion changes based on content calendarsLead recruitment activation optimization compliance and communication to affiliatesBuild maintain and strengthen relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and secure added valueDevelop and implement initiatives to grow affiliate performance through acquisition and retention tacticsManage daily weekly and monthly reporting communicate the performance of programs and recommend improvementsHost client-facing calls and meetings in relation to the publisher portfolio that they oversee for each account while participating in similar calls for accounts supportedOverseeing the day-to-day operational tasks including but not limited to: recruitment onboarding optimizations quality/compliance assurance newsletters and text link development/managementSource develop and nurture affiliate partnerships to support client channel objectivesWhats in it for youHybrid workSummer FridaysAdvancement opportunitiesOngoing training and development opportunitiesOpportunities to travelOnly Applicants Who Meet Job Requirements Will Be Contacted.Gen3 is an equal-opportunity employer.
