As our agency continues to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Associate to join the team and be part of this fast‑paced, growing company. What we’re looking for We are looking for a professional with administrative and/or client service experience, strong Excel skills, and the drive to build a career in marketing. This person will be responsible for managing a portfolio of marketing programs for our clients, handling client relationships, and ensuring all deliverables, account strategies, and execution are met. Location The Marketing Associate is a hybrid position. We are looking for candidates based in Plymouth, UK. About you Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on negotiations and client service Strategic and execution mindset Ability to solve problems and work independently Confidence and eloquence in client meetings Strong reporting and analytical skills Proficiency in Excel Drive and ambition to start a career in marketing Responsibilities Execute the program strategy and action plan Manage the day‑to‑day operations of multiple affiliate programs Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy‑in from decision‑makers Define, monitor, and analyse trends in clients’ metrics & KPIs Execute creative and promotion changes based on content calendars Lead recruitment, activation, optimisation, compliance, and communication to affiliates Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and secure added value Develop and implement initiatives to grow affiliate performance through acquisition and retention tactics Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, communicate the performance of programs, and recommend improvements Host client‑facing calls and meetings in relation to the publisher portfolio that they oversee for each account while participating in similar calls for accounts supported Oversee the day‑to‑day operational tasks including but not limited to: recruitment, onboarding, optimisations, quality/compliance assurance, newsletters and text link development/management Source, develop, and nurture affiliate partnerships to support client’ channel objectives What’s in it for you Hybrid work Summer Fridays Advancement opportunities Ongoing training and development opportunities Opportunities to travel Gen3 is an equal‑opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
