Due to our expansion within the SHEQ team we are now looking to add an enthusiastic, dynamic, and knowledgeable First Aid & Health and Safety Trainer.

You will be working within the RSK Group SHEQ Team reporting into the Health and Safety Training Manager.

This is a full time permanent role, which will involve regular travel throughout the UK. A full UK driving licence is required, and the successful candidate will be offered a company car after successful completion of the probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primarily facilitate and deliver face to face training sessions, whether in person or using virtual classroom software
  • Preparing for or conducting post course administration
  • Assisting the wider team in the development of new and existing training materials
  • Assisting stakeholders with safety campaigns and helping prepare reports

Person Specification:

  • Nationally recognised Level 3, 4 or 5 Teaching certificate
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
  • In date Level 3 First Aid at Work Certificate or higher
  • A self-starter who can manage their own workload and time keeping.
  • Excellent in person face to face facilitation skills
  • Excellent Microsoft 365 skills including TEAMS software, PowerPoint, excel and word
  • Nationally recognised Assessor qualification (desirable)
  • Nationally recognised IQA qualification (desirable)

Salary & Benefits:​

  • £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience and qualifications
